Terms and conditions

A £50.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure requested dates, and will be kept for fourteen days from the date of departure to cover any event of loss or damage.
In the event of cancelation, the deposit will only be returned if notification of cancelation is received four weeks prior to the start of your booking.
Payment in full must be made six weeks prior to the start date of your booking.
Your holiday caravan will be available to you from 3pm on your arrival date, you must vacate your holiday caravan by 10.30am on the date of your departure.
There will be an inventory list in your holiday caravan, it is your responsibility to read through this at your earliest convenience and inform us as soon as possible if you feel it is incorrect in any way as any loss or damage on your departure will be claimed against you.
Prior arrangement must be sought for all male or all females groups to stay in the holiday caravan.
The amount of persons staying at the holiday caravan must not exceed that for which the holiday caravan can accomodate in berths.
No excessive noise is permitted after 10.00pm or before 9.00am.
Bed linen is provided, beds will be freshly made up on your arrival. For holidays exceeding ten nights, you will be provided with a second linen pack. Kitchen tea towels and dish clothes will be provided.
NO PERSONAL TOWELS OR FACE CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED.
You must empty the fridge and bin on your departure
It would be of help to strip bed linen and put into a pillow case ready for collection
Lastly but of main importance, PLEASE ENJOY YOUR STAY !
